Draft outreach asks what you want to say first
On a person's page, click Draft and it now asks What do you want to say? Pick from their open threads and the details on their page, type it in your own words, or both. Draft an email and Draft a text stay off until you choose something, and the draft is built from what you chose. Nothing is sent for you: open it in your mail app or Messages, or copy it. Give your assistant a name
When you sign up, a step after A little about you asks what you want to call your assistant, and Settings > Account > Your assistant changes it later. The name shows at the top of the Advisor panel and above each of its replies. Clear the name and it goes back to Advisor. Guide at /docs/advisor.
A person's page shows what is on file instead of a grade
On the web, a person's page no longer grades the relationship. Under On file it shows counts, like "7 notes on file, 5 confirmed" and "3 open items, 2 older than 4 weeks". The pre-meeting brief no longer has a Trust gradient row. The iPhone app still shows the Scorecard for now. Guide at /docs/relationship_intelligence.
Your own calendar blocks show on Today as tasks you can clear
A block on your calendar that only you are on, and that you made, like "Travel" or "Write proposal", now shows under Prep for today as a task instead of a meeting. Its card says why, for example "Only you are on this, and you made it.", and has a Clear button. A line above the cards counts your task blocks, such as "2 of 6 cleared". Guide at /docs/today.
Mute a person you do not want to see
On a person's page, open the three-dot menu and click Mute. They leave your Relationships list, and an Undo button lets you change your mind. Muted people are listed under a Muted filter next to Going Cold, each with an Unmute button. Their record is kept. Guide at /docs/relationships.
Someone named in your note can be offered as a new contact
Log a note on someone's page that names a person who is not a contact yet, like "She wants an intro to Priya Nair for hiring advice." Reload that page a few seconds later and it can show a card for Priya with the sentence that named her. Not every name gets a card. Click Add contact to add her, or Not now to skip.
A note that says where someone works offers it as their role
Log a note like "Coffee with Priya Shah from Lumen Health" and, if Priya has no role yet, her page offers "at Lumen Health" as one. The offer quotes the sentence it came from and has Add and Not right buttons. Nothing is saved to her record until you click Add. Guide at /docs/roles.
A clearer Check your email page when you sign in by link
Ask for a sign-in link and the page changes to Check your email. For a Gmail address it has an Open Gmail button that takes you to your inbox, and a Resend the link button for when the email does not arrive. Guide at /docs/sign_in_options.
Lists of people, with the addresses you need for cards
On the Relationships page, tick people and choose Add to list to put them on a named list, then open that list on its own. Missing address and Not confirmed in a year show who needs an address or a fresh check, and an address that was never confirmed counts as not confirmed. Fix an address right in its row, and Download spreadsheet saves the list as a CSV file. Guide at /docs/lists.
Set a cadence for many people at once
On the Relationships page, tick several people and choose Set cadence to give them all one rhythm, or Suggested for each person. Guide at /docs/staying_in_touch.
Gift ideas on a person's page
A person's page has a Gifts section. Add a gift idea, note where it came up, and say whether it is for their birthday, the holidays, an anniversary or any occasion. Mark given moves it to Given and logs a Gift interaction, and How did it land? records Loved it, Liked it or Didn't land. On Today, Coming up lists a person's open ideas under their birthday, anniversary or holidays row. Guide at /docs/relationship_intelligence.
Company and job title on a person's page
The Details card on a person's page now has Company and Job title rows. Importing contacts fills them in from your file, including the Company and Position columns of a LinkedIn connections export. Imported values are marked From a CSV until you confirm them. Guide at /docs/relationship_intelligence.
What you tell Groupthink about someone stays out of drafts and connected assistants
Tell me about, on a person's page, is where you write what you think of someone: who they are to you and what you are working through with them. That is saved to their page for you and for the Advisor in the app. Facts you write in Tell me about, like where someone works or what you're working on together, can now be used when Groupthink drafts or prepares for that person and by AI assistants you connect. Anything that reads as your own feelings about them stays private to you. A connected assistant that asks for a meeting recap now gets the shared recap unless it asks for your personal one. Meeting prep also leaves out any talking point more than two weeks old. Guide at /docs/advisor.

Your contacts list says what the last thing was
The Relationships list now keeps two clocks. Last meeting counts only the times you actually met, in person or on a call, and Last contact counts texts and any email you log. A new Most recent column says what the last interaction was, like "Sep 8 · Text" or the meeting's title, so you can see who needs you without opening anyone. On a person's page, each fact Groupthink picked up in a meeting now names that meeting and its date. Guide at /docs/relationships.
Tell Groupthink what happened, off the calendar
Log the conversations nothing can capture on its own. Type one sentence into the capture box at the top of the sidebar and Groupthink works out who it is about, or use Log interaction on a person for the full form: everyone who was there, a title on its own when that is the whole story, whether it happened in person, by phone, text or email, and notes in any format. An interaction can now span several days, so a friend staying the week or a trip you took together records as the days it covered and counts as contact through the last one. Move something you did not get to
An item whose time has passed now offers Tomorrow, This weekend, Next week, or a time you pick, on Today and on any past day you look back at. It keeps the time of day and the length, tells you whether the new slot is free, and writes the change to your real Google or Outlook calendar. A block of your own moves in one tap. An event with guests stops at a confirm naming who gets emailed, and the confirmation offers an Undo. Guide at /docs/move_an_event.
Your open times, one click from anywhere
The New menu at the top of the sidebar now has Copy my open times. One click puts your next week of free time on the clipboard as paste-able text, computed across every calendar you have connected, with nothing to configure first. A line under the box says what was copied, shows your working-hours window, and links straight to adjusting it. Guide at /docs/availability.

Sign in with Apple
Continue with Apple joins Google, Microsoft, and email on the sign-in page, on the web and in the desktop app. Choose Hide My Email and Groupthink still creates a working account from the relay address. Guide at /docs/sign_in_options.
Action items catch the promises people phrase softly
Commitments come out in two tiers. The ones stated directly appear as action items. The softly phrased ones, like "just let me know" or "I'd love to," appear as suggestions you confirm or dismiss with a tap. When the owner is unclear, the item stays and shows up unassigned instead of getting dropped. And an empty recap now says there was nothing we were confident about, rather than asserting nothing happened.

Ask about a relationship, with citations
Ask a question on any relationship page and the answer cites the meetings and saved facts it came from. Click a citation to jump to the source.

Assign speakers in your transcripts
When Groupthink labels a voice "Mic Speaker 1," click it and pick the participant. Every line that speaker said switches to their name, in the live meeting or on the recap. Guide at /docs/correcting_speakers.

Gifted recap emails
When a Pro subscriber records a meeting, every attendee receives the recap automatically, including free users. Update, October 2026: the recap now goes automatically only to the host and to people added to the meeting in Groupthink. The host can send it to the other attendees with Send recap to attendees.
